Winter Ball

A breathtaking view from the Breakers! That was the theme for the 2020 Winter Ball, an evening reminiscent of Newport, Rhode Island, and all of its grand vacation “cottages.” Cocktails preceded a formal dinner at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club on January 25, 2020. The club’s space was filled with towering floral arrangements and seascapes and a variety of topiaries to transport partygoers to the Atlantic coastline. With music by Souled Out Orchestra, the 400 black-tie ball attendees enjoyed a dinner by award-winning chef Marc Guizol. Organized by Winter Ball chairwoman Karen Browne and co-chair Connell Branan, this year's beneficiary is Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center.
